Greetings,
It is with great excitement that I contact you. Their Royal Majesties Wernherus and Lailiane have asked me to spread the word that they are in need of your support and contributions. This August they will be attending Pennsic War and are hoping to make a great showing of the talents of the populace of Meridies to ALL the Royals that gather. In order to do this they are planning to create gift baskets for each of the attending Kingdoms.
Their Majesties have seen and received remarkable items during there travels and want the rest of the Known World to experience your extraordinary talents and generosity. This will be no easy task as there are now 17 Kingdoms. For such a large project they turn to you the Meridian populace for help.
All items are welcomed and treasured, nothing is to small. Any gifts received (including money) not used at Pennsic War will be used during their reign or passed to Meridian Royals, in your name for further use in a WAR fund. TRM would like for items to be delivered at an event or mailed, once at Pennsic each basket will be organized by the loving hands of her Majesty.
They would like for anyone, group or household wishing to help to:
- make 17 of each item (not a must but would be beneficial)
- put your name on each item as contributor (who it's from, SCA & mundane)
- put the names of the craftsman on each item (who made it, SCA & mundane)
- put location of contributors on each item( SCA group, including Kingdom, mundane town & state)
- Keep in mind that a lot of the Royals will be flying or traveling in tightly packed vehicles so size is something to think about however all items will be used
