Join us as we welcome the teachers and artisans of our fair kingdom in a day of learning, artistic display and more. New this year is the Meridian Medieval Military College (academic focus on authenticity), with offerings such as military history, armor design, and hands-on fighting.
Take a class in one of the many arts and sciences, including the current middle ages, practical arts, culinary sciences, Middle and Far Eastern studies, bardic arts, heraldry, and equestrian studies. A full course listing will be available soon.
If you would like to teach a class, please contact the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Academic Studies. If your class is within one of the Colleges (Practical Arts, Culinary, Heraldic, Bardic, Middle and Far Eastern, Equestrian, or Military), please contact the Dean of that college (contact info at

Per Meridies Kingdom Law: No Family of registered members shall pay more than 3 adult fees. A RUM fee of $2.00 is included in these prices Reservations must be postmarked on or before May 15th to ensure bed and meals. No discount for early reservations (but there is no guarante beds and meals without them). Please make note on reservations of you are planning on merchanting or have any other special requirements. 24 hour notice required for refund of cancelled reservations. No refunds for "no shows".

Travelers’ Fare and Saturday’s dinner are included in the On-Board pricing. Saturday’s "feast" will be held in the "Medieval Castle" semi- covered courtyard, adjacent to the campus’ main dining hall, which will provide an all-you-can-eat dinner. The dinner will be Dry, but alcohol is allowed in designated areas. Breakfasts and Lunches may be purchased at the cafeteria, or at many nearby fast-food and full service restaurants.

Facilities:

The GSW Campus offers 500+ beds in air-conditioned 2-person rooms (with keys). Families with small children will have adjacent rooms and/or can set up cots/sleeping pallets in parent quarters. There are full shower and toilet facilities. Classes will be held indoors within 12 air-conditioned classrooms, the Lake House, and the Fine Arts Auditorium. There is no camping on site, but pavilions are welcome at the fighting field.
